Legal & General advised on purchase of £119.5m Covent Garden Portfolio - 28 Mar 10
Acting jointly with Cortex Partners we advised Legal & General on the purchase of 11properties known as The Covent Garden Portfolio off ING REIM and Rugby Asset Management. The properties total 210,000 sq ft and comprise 70% offices with 30% of retail and restaurants. The portfolio includes 6 Agar Street which extends to 102,300 sq ft with 14 tenants including G E Capital.
